Project Description

The building is designed to blend seamlessly into the cityscape, with its two linear components - one dedicated to residence and the other to public facilities. The unique layout creates a boundary within the city while still remaining a part of it, separating the urban area into a public and a shared space. The outdoor area is enhanced by the natural incline of the land, featuring an outdoor cinema with ocean views. To maximize the outdoor space, the road has been pedestrianized, and the elevations have been modified to accommodate the cinema. The first linear component includes shared spaces, private areas, and apartments, while the second element comprises the public area, including a library and restaurant. The circulation is smooth and flexible, with a ramp connecting to the public square, and an underground parking area. Residents have the option to choose between two room types, each with its own unique features. The first room type features three levels, with the outdoor area on the top level, while the second room type has the outdoor area on the same level as the unit. Both room types feature wooden horizontal blinds to protect the privacy of residents.
